hi i am 8wks pregnant but i am spoting dark blood and i have no pains can this be dangerous?
They call it a threatened miscarriage anytime you're bleeding before 20 weeks.
I went to doctor with bleeding at 18 weeks and they called it threatened miscarriage.

I was bleeding dark blood at 6 weeks with cramps on and off. Went to see the doctor, and told me it was a potential miscarriage
Yea if it's bright red with clots and cramping then be concerned if not still early on implantation bleeding and uterus stretching went through this from week 7-11 everything ok first time and this my third pregnancy good luck
If you experience any cramping or your blood becomes brighter then I would go to an ER, other than that just discuss it with your OB on your next visit.
