problems with my drs office

I am currently 30 weeks along. I havent been to the Dr since 11/10. My nextappt was supposed to be on 12/8 for the whole glucose test.I ended up having to reschedule because my daughter was sick. So it was rescheduled for 12/18. But once again i had to reschedule because my car had been stolen the night before. When i called to tell them they screamed at me that i will have to pay $25 cancellation fee because i didnt call 24 hours before hand. I told them what happened and they said it doesnt matter. That i was inconsiderate and got hung up on. I tried calling back and idk if there is caller id or what but they refuse to pick up the phone for me. Now im almost 2 months without an appointment. It really pisses (sorry for lango but im so upset about it) me off to the point that it makes me cry. My car was stolen and anyone who takes me will have to leave work. So i cant just go up there to talk to the dr. Is it too late to switch drs? And if not, is a midwife better? I need to be seen asap. Since 11/24 ive bled 6 times. All light. But still bleeding. Ive went to the er for bad pains and a really bad cough which turned out to be a bladder AND kidney infection and bronchitis. Allwhich i couldnt get ahold of the dr to be seen about. Im furious about this.
Thanks for your input and sorry for the long post.
