@schneer2 body pillow pregnancy pillow all the same I've had both they worked the same for me jus with some pregnancy pillows there made extra big to go behind back but it didn't make a difference.

U can also get them at bed bath and beyond an yes mine worked great but now being 31weeks it helps but no longer sleeping like a baby :(

For Those of you that have pregnancy pillows, were you using body pillows before and did you notice a huge difference?  I use a body pillow now but am thing about buying a pregnancy pillow.  Wondering if the difference is worth the price!
