Last night I was really stressed and looked up calming sounds on youtube and fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach it was so relaxing.
Nice bubble bath or showet with calming music. Sitting in or laying in a room alone also listening to calm music. Reading a book or writing. Going for a walk.
Ever try aroma therapy? I know there a different debts that help with stress. I have an aroma therapy pray for my pillows for sleep and I love it. I never tried one for stress....yet.
