restless at nights

Im 10 weeks pregnant. And strugglin with gettin comfy when I get into bed. Just npt sleeping sp good. I dread going to bed coz know I wont be able to sleep. Never had this with my over pregnancys. Just aggitated all time and restless any ideas what I can do to stop this lol x

I usually take a bath every night, heat up some lemon and ginger in water taste like a soothing tea and relax. I also station the pillows around me perfectly and get comfortable. Try meditating before you go to bed to. I have  finally gotten adjusted to feeling so uncomfortable with my nightly routine.

Have you ever tried warm milk? You can put some sugar and cinnamon in it if you don't like the taste.
