Is it normal to feel depressed? I'm almost 11 weeks pregnant and I just feel like laying in bed all day. My fiancé always asks me to go out with him to the store or to his family's house, but I just feel like laying around. Does anyone else feel like this? Is it normal? What can I do to get myself out of this slum?

I was exactly like that in my first trimester, I still am at 20 weeks but it's not as bad. I notice if I don't motivate myself to be active (whether it's walking, doing light cleaning, or even doing errands) then I end up feeling depressed/tired/antisocial. I know you must be reallyyy tired but don't laze around too much because it will get the best of you.

I know the feeling.  I haven't been hanging out with my friends because I'm convinced I'll feel left out since they will be drinking at the bar.  I try to motivate myself by cleaning and cooking during the day, but I'm exhausted and just want to nap by afternoon.  Exercise will help.  I've been trying to motivate myself to walk regularly.

Its super normal your hormones are going crazy they can make you sad depressed happy they're crazy. You can talk to your doctor about feeling depressed and they can prescribe you something for it
