Also could have torn a ligament, I thought I pulled a muscle, after 2 weeks I saw the Dr and she confirmed I tore it. She let me know it will hurt the whole time :(

Pulling a muscle hurts! I did something similar (only it was my thigh). Happened to be in a hospital parking lot. Had someone actually come up and ask if I was okay. EMBARRASSING!! When I called in, they said use a heat pack on it, take tylenol for the pain, and just take it easy. Use an ice pack if it starts swelling.

As long as you are feeling the baby move everything should be fine. I rolled off my bed on to my stomach when i was at 26 weeks. But do not think that you shouldn't go if you feel something is not right go asap just to make sure. Hope this helps.

You likely pulled a muscle. Drink some fluid and prop up. I'm sure baby will be ok. Just keep an eye on things. :)
