scheduled c section??

Hi just wanted to know if you opt for a csection and u go into labour before the date do they still give u a section or let u do it naturally?

If you have a scheduled c section and go into labor early then you will still get a c section. I have had two and both times my water broke early and I still had a c section.

I have a repeat cesarean schedules for 39 weeks. My ob said if I go into labor before I can try naturally if I want or we can.just do csection. I had a cesarean with my first bc he ended up being to big. That's why I decided not to try vbac changed my mind at 34 weeks.

With my son I had a scheduled c section.i went into labor 3 weeks early and I still got my c section

I'm scheduled for csection and went into preterm labour at 27wks, they said if they couldn't stop it they'd just do my csection that night but they stopped it.

Usually they'll do a emergency c section.  If you signed all the Consent forms and opted out of a vbac.  Some places dont support vbac and wont allow them so that plays a part in it.too. I guess your doctors can answer you question better then us.
