Talk to your doctor. I have bad hip pain and they suggested doing physical therapy. Maybe that could help you
Drink some Tylenol if nothing else helps. I know its not the best choice and I try not to drink it myself but I've been there and nothing does not even sitting laying baths nothing. Hope you get better soon
well thank you all i only have 9 weeks so kinda hope it goes fast cus i cant stand this pain...
I've been having the same problem. And I'm only 13 weeks... Dr said it's my body adjusting and making room. I didn't think it was going to happen so fast. I keep taking showers and heating pads. It's almost tearful in the middle of the night when all I want to do is sleep... I can only imagine how else my body is going to change over the next 35+ weeks. (Sighs)
Stretching my hips and butt muscles have been helping me a lot and a body pillow at night. I have hip pain, sciatica, and round ligament pain to where I can't stand up straight at times. And walking. Exercise helps. Seems unbearable when you are so uncomfortable, but it really does help. You need to move.
I'm sorry I don't have any suggestions to ease the pain but I just wanted to say that there is light at the end of the tunnel... I had my daughter last month and when I was preg I had horrible horrible hip pain. But as soon as I had her, the pain disappeared. It happened instantly. Hip and back pain are both gone. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy. Hopefully someone on here will have a good suggestion for you. .
ive tried heating pads bath there exercises and its just getting worse i could not get off the couch to even use bathroom n my doc thinks im overegzagerating the pain... i have the hardest time changing my daughters diapers..
Nothing will help but maybe a heating pad and a warm bath. I have had this pain in my hips to the point i can't lay down . It feels like there about to break. I usually take some Tylenol and go in for a warm 30 minute bath then straight on the heating pad and will have my husband massage my hips
