how does the red rasberry work???
How does it work di u just buy the tea already made or do u do it homemade and if so how is it done pls help ladies...
Red raspberry leaf tea. Just buy it at the store :) it tones your uterus makes for an easier delivery. I drank it every day the last 3 weeks. Only felt contractions for 2 hours and pushed for 10 minutes:) not sure if it was the tea. Lol but I know it had to do something with it.... but I was also very active, did yoga and meditation through my last pregnancy.
