I had that before my pregnancy..the reason is that your calve mustle is stronger than your shin muscle.. sit down and spell out the abc's with your toes pointing your toes.. mine went away completely I would do that on my free time.. seriously try it..
I had that but I also have Multiple Sclerosis and they thot it was from that....they gave me 3 rounds of steriods and it hasnt been back since
