You are not alone. I wake up at least 3-4 times to go to the bathroom. I just rotate from left to right every time I wake up.

I am the same way & was so worried so I asked my dr. & he said every woman is different & every pregnancy is different.  If sleeping on your right side feels better then do it & it will not hurt anything. He said yes they recommend the left side but it's not going to hurt you or baby to sleep on your right side. When I lay on my left side my baby doesn't move as well & I it's really uncomfortable, but when I lay on my right side the baby moves all over the place & I feel much more comfortable. When I told my dr. That he said then do it you have to listen to your body. Hell they have a easier time finding my baby's heart beat & doing an ultrasound when I am on my right side. I am 33 weeks & my baby is healthy & happy.  Just don't let all this stuff you read & everything scare you. So go & enjoy sleeping on your right side....lol

I try to just rotate right to left obviously I try to stay on my left side more but I wake up on my back at night too. If that happens I just turn over onto one of my sides. It happens....

If you can invest in a pregnancy pillow
They are a life saver especially when you get bigger. Or out a whole bunch of pillows one in your legs and back and face and even belly :)
Sleeping on your left side gives baby more oxygen and best circulation. When you sleep on your back the placenta puts pressure on baby. And lack of oxygen and blood flow that's why doctors recommend sleeping on the left side. (Sometimes I wake up sleeping on my back and just turn on my left aide again) good luck :)
