I had that problem too for so many weeks. Now I sleep much better. I think what has helped me is a gentle massage with vitamin E oil, eating at least 3 hours before bed time. Drinking enough water during the day and less att night, body pillow, vaporizer. Massage your legs attend feet attends well. It helps my blood circulation and I feel so warm and it helps me to sleep

I'm 30 weeks and I still can't sleep much during the night thanks to constant bathroom breaks. I find that if I stop drinking water about an hour before bed & sleep with a pillow between my knees I sleep more soundly. Its interrupted sleep, but its still sleep. When you're not sleeping at all, you'll take any kind of sleep you can get!

I am 29 weeks tomorrow and let me tell u it gets worst the tossing and turning and flipping lol. The heartburn doesn't make it any better the trips to the bathroom. But it's all worth it at the end. Can't wait to meet my baby girl. But um yes i heard the pregnancy pillows do wonders i need to try and get one there a little on the pricey side but i think its worth it.

Ill be 28 weeks Sunday and don't fall asleep until 3am each night. All she does is flip and kick all night. And back pain out if this world. I purchased a pregnancy pillow which helps alot although my husband hates it because its so big ha ha.

Get a body pillow...it saved me. Tuck it under your belly and it will give you some support. Great between the every growing "girls" and between you legs. I couldn't have made it the my pregnancies without one.

I'm 23 weeks 4 days and sleeping for the last week has been horrible. Eventually after about two days of sleepless nights I crash and can sleep for about 6 hours or so. It's not so much that my night are sleepless but interrupted. So I go about two hours or so then I wake up to switch sides or use the restroom. Being in the military I'm up around 430 to 5 every morning any way but it's getting a little exhausting to say the least. I just look at it as my body subconsciously getting me ready for the feedings. Nothing like practice even if it sounds far fetched it's helping me cope.

I am having the same problem. At week 23 I can't sleep much but I seem to be struggling with sleep since the day I got pregnant. It helps if I eat at least an hour before bed and be in bed by 9 pm, ( I have to be up and about at 4 am). If my husband makes a small talk while I try falling asleep it helps too.
