Im at work and my boss says "oh did u break the measuring tape when the measured ur belly today?" I ignored him the he says "or did they have to put two together? " ... im so upset and I know he was joking but im self conscious about my body and I know i didn't gain much but obv ppl think im huge, im so sad I just wanna go home and cry
I'm sorry what he said hurt your feelings. Let him know that. Going to HR that's a bit much especially when you know he meant no harm.
That is harassment! I was just teaching my clients about various forms of harassment and we discussed commenting on pregnant women. Please talk to HR, you should not be subjected to such ignorance; joking or not!!!
