so tired of hearing baby will come when shes ready to come.

I'm 41 weeks 2 days. I can barely walk, I feel like my vag is going to fall out, I'm exhausted all the time, I cry about everything, I'm ready damn it. I know this baby will come when its ready but I don't need to hear it from everyone. The next person that says that to me I'm going to tell them OK you come hold my vagina up whenever I get up and move around, and take care of my other 3 children so I can lay in bed and cry since that's all I feel like doing anymore and I'll wait patiently for baby to be ready to come. Ugh

My ob will not induce me either bc first baby was cesarean. I'm trying vbac with this one and she will notvinduce her vbac pts bc it increases risk of uterine rupture. I get to go to 41 weeks after that if I dint go into labor its a csection.

I know I have heard a lot of women say due to a previous csection they couldn't go past 39-40 weeks. I really think the medical profession does not know near as much about childbirth as they like us pregnant mamas to believe because they all have different rules on what we can and can't do each Dr is so different. Maybe its because I already had one successful vbac. Hmm I wish I knew what's in store these next couple days it would make life so much easier.

Thank you guys. I sure hope they do something soon or she decides to come. I told my mom its so weird I haven't even met her yet but it feels like I miss her so much. If that makes sense. I just want to hold her so bad.

Don't worry, it'll be over soon. My second child was 14 days late and I felt the same way you do. I had to be induced because even at 2 weeks late, he wasn't showing any signs of wanting to come out. Luckily you're almost at your 2 week late mark, doctors don't let you go past 2 weeks because it's dangerous for you and the baby so the doctor will probably have you induced within the next few day. Good luck ❤️

I used to be one of those "let it happen they will come when ready" people but man I tell you what this is second time around and I have had ups and downs the whole pregnancy nothing like my first which was a wham bam here is your baby ma'am ....those who don't feel the misery (no matter how you try to cope with it or deal with it) you do so they jump to just wait!

I feel you!  I would be asking the doctor to do something....it's not healthy or safe for you to be stressing over the baby being late and the pain it's causing your body!

She pulled my cervix forward last night because it was still way posterior. That was extremely painful but I thought maybe it would help move things along but I feel the same except very sore. Baby's head is down all the way and I'm almost all the way effaced and 2 cm but I've been that way since Saturday. They won't induce me because I had a precious csection so I have about a week and a half before they will probably just give up on me and do a csection.

I have tried sex, nipple stimulation, breast pump, warm baths, I have taken red raspberry leaf and evening primrose oil since 36 weeks because that's what my midwife recommends, I walk a mile a night for 3 days straight, spicy foods, pinapple, I bounced on the yoga ball at least daily most the time quite a bit of the day, I've tried visualization, relaxation, pressure points, and even Castor oil and nothing.

I have tried almost everything to induce naturally my body just won't cooperate. This has been by far my worst pregnancy too and this is #4. Last Saturday I actually had contractions every 5 minutes or less for 9 hours straight I thought for sure she was coming but then they just faded away I don't know what I'm doing wrong. :( I'm so frustrated I don't know what else to try.

The good news is you feel the way you feel BC baby is so close to coming, baby is ready and is just waiting. Once the baby turns and drops baby is ready the rest is up to your body, have you done anything to induce naturally?
