Here's and example if his motiltiy is %20 that means the other %80 are not moving. So if u know his sperm count take that number multiply it by %80 then subtract that number from his sperm count total whatever u get is the number of sperm that are actually doing what they should be. If its under 20 million that's considered a low sperm count and makes it much harder to conceive
