leg cramps
I'm 26 weeks and lastnight I experienced 3 really bad Charlie horse. 2 on my left leg and one on my right. Is that normal or should I check in with my doctor?
Yea I did that and it helped it go away faster. I just don't think 3 in one night is normal
Its normal. When it happens, flex your heels down toes up...like they are being pulled to your knee, or get out of bed and bear weight. Both make it go away...
