super painful sex after delivery

I had my baby 1 month & a half ago & I had sex with my hubby for the first time 4 days ago. I couldn't get in any positions except one , it hurt really bad when he stroked fast ( sorry tmi) & afterward I couldn't walk or sit it was a really bad pain like I had just lost my virginity is this normal? Will it get better?

Go slow until your body has had a chance to recover. You could even try some ky jelly until it's no longer painful.

It's normal in the beginning just start off slow..try positions that require the minimal..depending on the type of delivery you had it may take a little longer for your body to jump back to normal.If you had to get stitches down there after delivering you may want to wait a few more wks your body may still be healing from those incisions..generally sex 6-8wks postpartum is ok just remember slow and steady wins the race...and a warm suppress afterwards should minimize any discomfort.

Yes it's normal but i always have to tell my man to go slow every time to me the pain of it never got any better since i had my first bb 2 years ago!
