Talk to your doctor, and keep off of your feet as much as possible by elevating them pillows.  Make sure to drink lots of water and minimize your salt intake and stay a way from salt substitutes.

Yes, less salt more water and feet up whenever possible. I told a card board box and stuck under my desk so if I get the chance to sit my feet go up. I had same issue with my first, only minor one or two days as month with swelling now, think it has to do with diet and water but also activity level, try not to over do it and talk to your boss about light duty. If your boss doesn't care, talk to doctor and get a note first, they can't deny a doctor. Good luck!

I'm 24 weeks and my feet and hands just started swelling this week. My Dr said it's normal. I work as a nurse and I'm on my feet 12hrs a day. I purchased compression hose and its helped A LOT with swelling and leg cramps.

I'm 25 weeks and have the same issue. I'm a ftm. My doctor has told me to just eat less salt and drink plenty of water, but that I don't need to be concerned.
