Scared about deliver

Is anyone else feeling nervous or scared about delivery their first baby?  I'm beginning to feel more and more apprehensive the closer it gets to the date. I have 4 and a half weeks to go. If anyone can give advice or validate my feelings, it'd be so much appreciated!!

My advise as a third time momma. Trust your body. As soon as you do that, your labor and delivery will me much more enjoyable!

I'm a ftm and I'm scared, but once I hold our little one, I keep saying all that experienced with pregnancy will be worth it!  Good luck; )

I'm due in 7 days! I am nervous but so excited to finally meet he!! I  know there will be pain as I am planning an all natural birth... But the anticipation is what is keeping me going! This is my first baby... I just don't take to heart other people's stories because we are all different. And I try to remember this is what us women were designed to do! Good luck to you!

I won't lie..it hurts a lot but it is so different from other pain because this pain has a beautiful purpose. Trust me when I say that when you are holding your baby you will forget how much it hurt. I found a stress ball to be helpful in getting through the contractions. Find things to relax you. The more you can relax the smoother your experience will be. :) you can do this!

Dont worry we all feel like this,im on my 4th so i well know what to expect now but still it scares me,just remember what youll be getting at the end of it and once your baby is placed in your arms you will very quickly forget about the labor pains and see how worth it it all was

People always want to share their horror stories about birth for some reasons. It's not terrible for everyone though. I'm not saying you shouldn't be concerned or that there won't be pain but try to change your mindset (easy for me to say lol).
When I think about the birth of my son (this was a few years ago), I never think about the pain.. I really don't. I truely don't remember it but everyone is different. Try to avoid those women who want to talk about their battle stories, and birth hardships
