three different baby daddies?

Should you feel ashamed because you might have two or three different babyfathers? I don't think there's to much of a difference from someone being married and having children and remarrying and having another child with that person. Y do ppl put a title or judge?

Its the 21st century. People SHOULD be more understanding of the modern family dynamic.

I have a different last name to my mother and my daughter has a different last name me. Niether her or myself are confused. She never refers to her brother as half. Just her brother.

All my kids are from the same guy so i can't comment from a mommy's perspective but as a child from a family with lots of daddies and half and step siblings it can be very confusing for the kids and frustrating when they get old enough to have to make family trees at school. My mom had six kids with five daddies. Each daddy had kids with at least one other woman, sometimes more.  Last names were all over the place. I usually just refused to make a tree and took a fail on the assignment lol.

I agree with ^^...my mother has 3 children by 3 different men..and she was married to each of them. Marriage doesn't make ur children any more or less legit. My sisters and i are all healthy happy ppl who love each other n our mom. Some ppl are gonna judge no matter what...eff em!!

My husband and I both have a child from from a previous relationship and now we are having our second child together. Who cares?! We love our children, they love us, they love each other, they are growing up just fine. It doesn't matter if the children live in a gay family, straight family, single parent family, divorced family, married family, adopted family, etc... as long as it is a loving, stable environment.

Uuuuhhhhh...well.... @ ladiluck- it happens. Raise your kids to be good, honest people and dont let anyone judge you for things that happen that end up becoming wonderful blessings in the form of a perfect innocent life.
As for society as a whole- sorry- hubbie and I are coming up on 19 years together and 15 years married and every bit the "drinking buddies", "best friends", "dependant partners" to the business of a family that we've ever been. There are still some men out there that make and stick with the conscious decision of growing a family and not just spreading their seed wherever they can. Sounds like that documentary is trying to further justify immaturity in modern culture....as if we need more of that! Lol

Roseandpearls is right! They've actually noticed that the age of a child and when a couple breaks up is usually around or before 4 years. At this point it isnt as hard to raise the child as it's a little more self sufficient. Theres a whole documentary about it!
Its why women tend to be pickier than men, instinctively  we know that a partnership could result in offspring and in most separations....the woman takes the children. We have more at stake than a man.

I have a child from a previous relationship. I have experienced the looks, the judgement andIm just like psshhh.....whatever. I love my babies,no matter who their donors are. Hahaha
I am married and have a child with my husband and we're having another too.
I also was 1 of 2 kids my mom had with different men. My sister and I never refer to eachother as half sisters. We're just sisters.

Diversifying the gene pool is good. Women who cherry pick and have children with multiple fathers are doing what is natural for humans socially and biologically. Marriage and monogamy are constructs that impose an enormous amount of unrealistic expectation on both parents. Unfortunately, our society...contemporary Western culture... has glorified institutional relationships and by so doing condemned the "unconventional". There's lots of science on this. Take heart mama...shine on the judging eye or mouth, love your babies, love yourself <3

I don't think it matters one bit as long as you love all children!! I have 2 kids with different dads.As long as the children are happy &loved.

Don't no if you should feel ashamed. I have a child to see previous relationship from when I was young which was a total accident and now have another child with my husband and we're expecting our 2nd together - however I think that if he and I were to break up I'm not sure I would want anymore children with another person because of the fact I already have 2 different men in my life because of kids so would take extra care that I didn't fall pregnant again in that situation
