tight chest!

Im 38+5 im finding that my chest goes really tight when im lay down in bed dont happen any other time only bedtime when im lay down.... anyone else get this?

I cant lay on my right for some reason baby dont like that side lol! Ye ive dropped loads his ready to come to be honest been getting contractions today but didnt last and they were like an hour apart im 39 weeks tomorrow and seriously ready for this little dude to come lol

Ur baby is so big at this point, he or she is pretty much laying on all ur insides lol so its completly normal i feel it laying dwn too im 38 wks

I'm sry, I meant right.  Has he dropped yet? Once he drops it really helps to open ypu up as well and help you breath.

I do lay on my left hun coz ive been told its the best side for baby to be on i do sometimes lay on my right but find it uncomfy at times but then laying on my left gives me a pain in my side after a bit lol just cant win haha! Hopefully hel be here soon enough :) then il be able to breath propa lol

Your baby could just be pushing alot on everything over there due to size. Try turning and laying on your left for a bit to get them to move. It's not harmful at all so you'll be ok. It will probably give you some relief

No i lay on my side mainly my left side as i no its the best side for baby to be on.... it only happens when i am lay down not when im sat up it gets so uncomfy sometimes lol baby just needs to hurry up and come now. Thank u for the reply :)

Are you laying on your back, your side, your stomach?  The baby is so big at this point it pushes on everything inside you.  If you are laying on your back they say it is very dangerous and can cut off your oxygen. I always lay propped up with a couple pillows behind me so that things are as open as possible.  You can do this on your back or your side. Gl
