tiramisu - to have or not to have

so I'd really love a tiramisu for dessert ... but it seems that with mascarpone (Italian soft cheese), espresso coffee and raw egg yolks, it's the ultimate triple sin during pregnancy ?!

anyone had it while pregnant?  any alternative recipe / similar desserts you know or like?

Also, you can make a satisfying "cheat" version of tiramisu with lady fingers or pound cake, whipping cream, cream cheese, instant decaf coffee & cocoa powder for dusting.

You can get tiramisu made without raw eggs. Mascarpone is fine to eat as long asbit has been pasteurized. The amount of espresso used in tiramisu is not enough to even give you a caffine lift. Any store bought, premade tiramisu will be 100% safe. Hagen daas makes a Tiramisu gelato that is to die for.
