I saw my ob and he gave me some pain killers and said it was fine to go to the dentist. So I had a filling at 18wks and it was fine.

Use Cloves ( Cloves are the aromatic flower buds of a tree in the family Myrtaceae, Syzygium aromaticum) grab 3/4 and bite them use a small piece of cloth if you want to clove is a natural antibiotic and it will numb the area...i used it with my wisdom tooth, in case that it hurts too much you should go to dentist they can extract and use anaestecia from week 18 up!!!

It can also just be a lack of calcium in your body because the baby is taking it all. I started using sensodyne toothpaste & consuming milk everyday because I felt my teeth becoming sensitive.

Becareful with "Oregano Oil" or "pure garlic oil"...it can be a risk to take it!!! Never use it if you are pregnant.

If it's a tooth that will need to be extracted then the best thing to do is schedule an appointment very soon and have it removed because the pain will only get worse and im sure you would like it to just be over ;-) tea bags help with swelling/inflammation. Just a very very very small amount of cinnamon oil will numb it for a while.  Use q-tip to apply.

I've heard oregano oil is really good for toothache. No experience myself but I've heard that from several different people.
