High elevation could be a problem for the baby. The pressure makes it hard for the baby to get the right amount of oxygen through the blood. You'll get enough cause you will breathe more, the baby can't. Check with your doctor!

talk to your Dr.. they will probably say not a good idea. you shouldn't sit that long .. If u do go you have to stop at least every two hours and get outta the car and walk around... also you NEED to be able to put us feet up on that long of a trip.. but please do call the Dr before u decide to go..

I traveled the same time through the rocky Mountains (very high elevation) and was fine. It was a 9 hour drive so what really sucked  was not being able to elevate my feet for that long. We stopped a lot so I could pee and walk around. I also drove a bit as I get anxiety worse when I don't drive.

Talk to your dr but i would think it's ok. Just get out of the  car every hour to get the blood flowing and to reduce  stiffness,  cramping. Maybe you can sit and the back and put your feet up with a pillow.

Im 24 and drove myself 8hours. Apart from feeling tired, nothing's wrong there. Take regular pauses. But 20hours road trip straight? A bit overkill. It will tired you out before it hurts you :p
