They induced me at 37 with second, and 38 or 39 with the other two. I did castor oil with my last because I was showing progress but labor was just not starting... I could not handle another medical induction. Good luck... the rules have changed a little and they can not induce as early as they could before.

Squats, walking, sex, bouncing on an exercise ball, castor oil.

My Dr told me squats will induce labor as well...I'm 37 weeks and I do a lot of bending/squatting at work and it will give me contractions every time. Good luck, mama!

That's the problem I had to self induce and get medical induction. My babies all got very large before my due date. I used castor oil for two and was medically induced with three because my cervix was not dialating or thinning enough to self induce...

Well the walking and sex worked for me, the sex wasnt really for pleasure, my hubby went slow and gentle but its the sperm you want it had prostagladinsvin it which help dialate and soften cervix. I had sex and walked Thursday and started labor, then again saturday ans now im holding my lo.
