Belly band or support
I'm not sure if that's exactly what they are called but has anyone used a belly band or some kind of support for belly. I stand 9hours a day for work and my back hurts everyday now, can anyone recommend something for this? I'm 28weeks if that matters

I use one and it really makes a difference! When I'm not using it my back hurts lot more. I bought mine at a prenatal clothes shop, sold as underwear
Yeh i was giving mine from my hospital as i also had spd..if your experiencing pelvic pain its worth asking them
