unable to walk.

Ugg am I the only one? I guess my body is making way to much of that hormone that loosens up you pelvic bone. So now I have extreme vaginal pain, walking is a feat of strength now. I move at the speed of a sloth. Trying to get in or out of my bed or anything at all is at least a 5 to 10 min process. Even trying to roll over in bed is agony. Talked to my Dr about it bit since I'm pregnant there is nothing that can be done till after the baby is born, but then it will go away after a week or two. I stil have 6 more weeks to go till my c section so I have to stick it out till then. I cry from the pain at least 3 to 4 times a day it *****.

See at least I'm not the only one out there. What's irritating are the people who have no idea what's it's like and they think I'm just over exaggerating so that I could lead on short term disability from work. Believe me I wanted to work up to my due date I'd rather tired from working than tired of being in god awful pain all the time.

Try swimming. I feel no pain on the water. I have PSD and it does get so bad I can't walk. Other things you can try are visceral body work, Lecithin supplements or just eat more eggs, and move in tiny movements till you can get yourself out of a painful position. It kind of tricks your nervous system into thinking the moving won't hurt, and it works. But very sorry, its awful.

I am in the same boat. I literally just stood up off the couch and it popped and put me back on my butt. I cried. And I am only 27 weeks
