Wow that's a lot...not trying to be rude...but that's a lot of weight for 14 weeks. Do you gain weight easily when you aren't pregnant? Are you overweight nornally? I'm 21 weeks and only gained like 4 lbs. Im very thin and don't gain weight easily though.  But if your glucose test and all that came back normal it should be OK...my one cousin is normally thin like me and she gained like 70 lbs while pregnant. She didn't have any complications and lost it after she had the baby. I don't know everyone's different.

I gained 100 with my first lost it all and more after him then three years later got pregnant agine and gained 75 with her then two months later pregnant agine only put on 12 with him it happens and I must have like the nicest doc because not once did my weight gain get mentioned because everything else was great no complication. Just keep an eye on it and try not to gain more but if you do do not let anyone make you feel bad for it I know what your going threw and how hard it is

I actually lost so far, but I'm 22 weeks tomorrow and have been eating a lot this past week. My friend gained 70+ with both of hers and went down to pre pregnancy weight within a couple months both times.

That's fast weight gain. You might want to talk to your Dr.

That sounds very alarming. 48 pounds a pregnancy isn't terrible but at only 14 weeks that is scary. I would ask the Dr about that because it could be early onset of gestational diabetes or danger signs of other health concerns. Take care of yourself momma so you can take care of that baby.
