The baby is taking everything from your body that's probably why your losing weight or not gaining. Just try eat healthy and keep yourself well for baby to be.
I'm 24 weeks. I've only gained 5 pounds and baby is perfect, he's in the 60% for growth/size
I lost 35 lbs in the first 33 weeks, and then slowly started gaining. I've gained 7 lbs back but I'm still down 28 from my prepregnancy weight. With my oldest I lost 40 lbs and didnt gain anything. My doctor explained it as 'you already have the extra weight, so your body is taking what you already have and changing it to suit its purposes.'
With my daughter I lost a total of 50lbs! Doctor kept saying everything was fine I was so worried but she was born perfect 7 lbs and she's 4 yrs old now and is healthy. And I'm 16 wks and lost 22lbs. So I'm not so worried this time
I'm 19 weeks. Lost 50 lbs right before I found out I was pregnant. Everybody kept saying that's why I might be pregnant. Haven't gained any weight yet, doctor hasn't said anything about it so I guess it's okay
I'm a big girl too and I still losing weight I ask my doctor all the time is it safe and she tells me that it is and she tells me most women gain weight during their last trimester.
