I would stop if/when it is uncomfortable.  I drove the whole time with baby #1 and #2. Stopped at about 35 weeks with baby #3 and am still driving now with baby #4 and I am 37+1

I can only drive hubby's pick up. My xterra the steering wheel is so close to my belly and points at it and I am scared to get in a wreck and the air bag come out because it would directly hit my big belly.

You stop driving when it becomes uncomfortable for you to do so.

Im 40+2 still driving, would be driving to hospital to be induced in morning but my friend insists on taking me :) which is fine with me. With my first pregnancy i was hurting so bad at the end i couldnt drive guess it differs for each one.

I never stopped driving either. With my first, I went a week late and worked until 3 days before I was induced so I drove the the whole time.
