what do you eat?- first trimester

I'm just curious about what everyone else eats in their first trimester, what your appetite is like, how much weight you've gained.

Blackberries, other fruit, rice crackers, i'm at 7 weeks, very few foods sound good. If something sounds good I eat it. I've been very nauseous and bloated that eating is not fun. I take my prenatals at dinnertime, so I figure I'm covered. I haven't gained any weight, and I am skinny to begin with - mostly trying to not lose weight.

During my first trimester I was nauseous everyday all day I didn't gain weight I lost weight everything made me sick from commercials on tv to smelling certain foods. Now I'm in my second trimester I'm actual able to eat more veggies and some fruits. I sip water with lime or grapefruit or juice with crushed ice. I crave dill pickles and french bread sometimes.

I really haven't gained any weight.  I'm in my second trimester. My nausea was out of control during my first trimester. I ate a lot of soups, vegetable broth, I drink V8 everyday and kept ginger ale with me 24/7. I havent had any crazy cravings or anything either. I do like baking French fries and tator tots in the oven and dipping them in sweet baby rays honey bbq sauce though lol! Nothing heavy has sounded good to me!

I'm in my first trimester (the very beginning) and I want nothing to do with food. I have actually lost a couple of pounds. I read that it's normal and try to just eat bland foods, fruits, and veggies.

I was hungry all the time untill I hit the 3rd trimester then I had to force myself to eat, but once he dropped I got my appetite back! ;-) I would agree with what was said before about going with your cravings, unless its for pizza every ten mins!! Lol!! . .  Mine was milk, yoghurt, cheese and pickle sandwichs! Just try to eat as healthy as possible! I like fresh fruit and vegies so I made allot of soups, smoothies and casseroles and stews! . . . Allot of people have said that I havent gotten any bigger apart from my bump (obviously lol) and dont forget to drink water, and even more water! Lol!

In my second trimester I ate whatever I was craving. The doctor will usually tell you to not do this cause women tend to over eat and gain a lot of weight but I hadn't gained any weight until I reached my 3rd trimester. I'm 33 weeks and only gained 10 lbs. I also believe that you crave certain items because you are missing a nutrient or vitamin that, that food has. I actually ate a lot of yogurt and granola

I ate everything that sounded good to me at the time lol, i qas hungry non stop and still am at 30 weeks, but sometimes its off and on. But ive only gained 6 pounds so im not saying do what i did andwat like everything in sight, but dont be afraid to eat. Bc when you are hungry you should and dont worry when you eat and then 10 mins later you are starving again lol
