what helps with braxton hicks???

I'm in serious pain. I need suggestions on how to help ease the pain. I'm a FTM and I'm 33 weeks. I was in the hospital Saturday because of dehydration and contractions. They gave me pain meds. I have a appointment tomorrow but I'm sure its gonna be snowed out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Drink water and change positions.  Like if you have them while you're up, lay down.  And if you have them when you're laying down,  get up and walk around

You need to drink more water and rest. Empty your bladder often as well.
