what is happening?

hello group. i am 24 & 2 today. since last week i have been feeling light headed, morning sickness, dizzy, and very sleepy. i either feel all of these every day or every other day, at least two or three of these symptoms. this is my fourth pregnancy and i don't recall having any of these issues during my previous pregnancy. i can either stand up for a short time before i start feeling like this. what can cause this, my doctor isnt in until tomorrow.

They check for urine protein and blood. Not iron

It could be anemia often times that can be developed later in pregnancy all you need is some iron rich foods and or and iron supplement. But I would def go to the doc to make sure

i have been drinking water...plenty of water bottles, juices, milk, things of that sort.....could i be developing anemia my last doctor appointment they said everything was fine. don't they check that when you go pee in the cup? my next appointment isnt schedule until the 6th, im just worried that it could be something and then it isnt.....what makes it worse is that i have a bad tooth ache. but been told if i go get it pulled (which i have my two back mollars are chiped but they said that they wouldnt be able to give me any pain medicine. would that have something to do with it?

It could be a number of things... low Blood pressure, low blood sugar, dehydration, or it could be belly/baby pinching something but I don't think that would make you sleepy. You'll have to talk to your doctor
