working from home?

How many mamas work from home and what do you do!? I would like to find something to do thats legit! Please help?

In California you need a home day care license to watch i believe it is 6 kids. Anything under does not need a licensing. (It could be 5kids but I dont remember) I did not have to do that because I am only watch in 2 kids on top of mine. You will have to look into your state and county laws first.  Then meet some mamma, use care.com or other sorts so parents can find you. I met parents with my first so I was able to work for these two families.

Day care 3 days a week full time.  (I work when my hubby works) I also will babysit. I live in the bay area so day care is in high demand and very profitable.

My boss is a really nice girl, i began working at the office it was 40 minutes from my house, i worked there for 1 year, then she closed the office and go to buy a new one, in the process we were without office and i started working from home, when she bought the new office i told her i want to keep working from home even thought the new office is 5 minutes from my home lol she agreed and i has been working from home 2 years it is a really blessing :-)

I am a journeyman hair stylist and I have a salon in my house.  It's really nice. I'm Going to be done in a week though.. I'll be 36 weeks :).
