65 dpo negative tests

I usually have a normal 28-5 day cycle. Never missed a period, not on birth control.
Symptoms I’ve noticed include-
tiredness, so incredibly tired..
I’ve been moody and short tempered (I feel bad for my husband, lol)
I’ve been more hungry than usual, but can’t eat much
Unquenchable thirst, I have been drinking so much water
(Hard to know if I have had to pee more often, I have a small bladder as it is and already pee “a lot”)
Clear/white discharge, heavier before, has lessened over the weeks
I felt twitching/flutters in my belly the other day. Position of it was below my stomach, and felt like it was inside me, not on the surface of my skin if that makes sense?
Slight nausea, no vomit and only about 5 “spells” of it in the last couple months.
Sometimes I think my boobs hurt, but it never lasts, they haven’t grown. (Wishful thinking?)

I have taken 3 at home tests, all negative
2 urine tests at the doctor, negative
2 hcg blood tests beta quanative, >1

I went to another doctor for a second opinion, and had a tone more tests done:
TSH reflex: normal
Prolactin: 14.3 normal
FSH: 6.9
DHEA sulfate: 306 normal

Still waiting on testosterone and my third Hcg quantitative.

I hope this is informational enough. The first doctor I saw approved my request for an ultrasound. I think I should be 9w2d today. I think I’ll schedule the ultrasound for around 12 w with hopes the little one will be big enough to see.
I have a tilted uterus, so I know that makes detection even harder. But tilted uterus with no sign of hcg? :sigh: I just wanna know!
And I am a welder, I don’t want the baby exposed to my work environment. We weren’t trying, but so excited and ready for that BFP! I want to know soon, so I can talk to my boss and do something else for a bit.

Anyone else ever had this? What ended up happening?

Cosmo, 65 dpo and no sign on a quantitative blood test gives little if any hope for pregnancy. Your list of signs is impressive, but it may have some other cause. Ask your doc if an ovarian cyst or other reason for hormone upset could be involved.

What hormones in particular do you think could be the cause?

Am I not getting responses because I didn’t leave a “question” in the subject? Please, someone, I would truly value your input.
