A little worried

I got my period really heavy on July 9th. I've been having clots when i bleed and changing my pad frequently. I had a sexual encounter yesterday essentially the 4th day of my period. my partner inserted his penis in me for about 15 seconds when he pulled it out he had some pre cum. I'm worried that since my period should be over soon and he had pre cum the sperm may stay in me for 5 days and result in conception. Please let me know if i should be worried. i feel so stupid

Any time, regardless of when you have a period, if you have unprotected sex, you've risked pregnancy.  That's the unfortunate fact.  There are times that it is more likely and less likely though.  Those odds are in your favor.  He also did not ejaculate so that makes the risk even less.  The 'fertile' time has likely not yet begun for you.  The first day of your period (first day of any bleeding) is cycle day one.  You count from there. The fertility time frame when pregnancy is most likely starts on cycle day 9.  You aren't there yet.  Most women ovulate around day 14.  Yes, sperm can live for the 5 days but I think this was too early to be in your more fertile time.  Don't let him put his penis inside you from now on without a condom! Or get on the pill.  I'd expect you to not be pregnant from this inn my opinion.
