Almost a week late? Am I pregnant?

Hi everyone, I'm 20 years old (female obviously), and I am 4/6 days late. I typically get my period every 28/30 days.... I am on day 34 of my cycle. I feel slightly crampy like my period is coming and I have had headaches. But that is all. I took 3 pregnancy tests 2 days ago (when I was about 2/4 days late) all 3 were negative..... two of them were the cheap tests. And then the 3rd one was a first response 6 days sooner test.... my fiancé and I use condoms for sex but there was a couple of times when we did not have a condom so I let him put it in just for a few seconds (maybe a minute) but he stopped... I am pretty sure he didn't not come close to finishing. I know there can be semen in pre ***.... I have also been having a lot of health problems (gall bladder problems, hyperthyroidism, food intolerances) and just recently I lost about 12 pounds within 3 weeks.... is this why my period is so late? Am I likely to be pregnant? Would my test have showed positive? If I am pregnant is there something that can help me cope? I am not prepared for this... yes, I know I shouldn't have sex if I can't handle this. I can handle it financially just not emotionally.... Abortion is not an option.
