Am I pregnant or sick?

Hello, so I have anxiety and fears of being pregnant. My boyfriend came over and I sat on his lap, and he touched me down there too. He dry humped me with clothes on as well. Is there anyway I'm pregnant? I'm worried something was on his finger. I've been having stomach aches, decreased appetite, nausea, headaches, sometimes back pain, and dizziness. I'm not sure if it could just be a cold because I do have a cough with it as well as hot flashes. My bf told me he took two showers before he came over but I'm still very scared. My next period is either November 5th or 12th. I would appreciate it a lot if I could have some insight and a but of comfort to help me calm down? I told my mom about this but she wasnt helpful and if I got a pregnancy test she might throw me out of the house. I even annoy her with my worries haha. I've had these symptoms for 3 days, my boyfriend came over Saturday. Am I sick or pregnant? Is my stress causing me to think the worst?

Hi Jennifer:

Ovulation is generally 14 days before your next period. Either way, you have not ovulated yet in this cycle and so cannot be pregnant. Real early pregnancy signs may kick in during the week before the next period. Your anxiety could easily trigger false early signs.

Sperm do not pass through layers of clothing so sitting clothed on his lap you are safe. Consider ways you can pleasure each other without intercourse and risk of pregnancy.

I answered you on the other forum that this is not a way you can get pregnant.  Only will get pregnant if a penis enters your vagina. Sitting on a lap will not.  What do you do for your anxiety?

There is an anxiety forum here which might be a good place to talk about this.  Not if you are pregnant from sitting on someone's lap but about the anxiety that makes you keep worrying about that.  Anxiety is treatable and lots of people have it.  You are not alone.
