Am I pregnant please help

Please no hate I need help.
I'm basically obsessing over the fact that I could be pregnant.

I have a lot of signs telling me I'm not, e.g regular periods since I started when I was 13 and the recent bleeding hasn't been any different to usual as far as I know.
I have pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, bloating, back pain, stomach cramps, tenderness around my stomach and particularly my belly button I originally put this down to PMS but the bloating has been bothering me for a couple of months.

Me and my boyfriend used a condom every time but that's the only method of birth-control, as far as I know the condom has never split and he has said he has never felt it split- but I know there is always a chance it failed.

Being very sporty I always had a flat stomach but now I don't, although tbh I don't even know if it is bloating as I've heard bloating is hard, but when you push my abdomen its soft and squishy-Is this what a pregnancy bump is like? Also I've read you can feel the top of the uterus above the pubic bone- do you know how many weeks you start to feel this from as I have no clue how far along I would be because of the regular bleeding.

I know I have had monthly bleeding, but I've read that you can bleed monthly and still be pregnant- how common is this- is it anything like a period, e.g does pregnancy bleeding just come at anytime, rather than on a cycle like a period does?? Is there any physical difference in the way the blood looks colour/consistency?? How’s long does pregnancy bleeding last e.g 5-7 days like a period or does it vary??
Or are thy just exactly the same?
(I don’t mean spotting I mean physical bleeding during pregnancy- as I know some women have been pregnant and mistaken it for a period ??)

I've don't the sensible thing and taken at home pregnancy tests, I've taken 7 and all have been negative.

Despite the blatant signs that I'm 99.9% not pregnant, I cant let this feeling go from my head. It may sound stupid to you but its turning into a mental health issue for me. I'm displaying symptoms of OCD, I will check my stomach in the mirror every half an hour and I'm convincing myself a bump is growing. I check constantly to see of I can such my stomach all the way in- I still can to a point where I look like I've starved myself which reassures me. I will lie on my bed and press down my stomach to see if I can feel my uterus which I've heard you can. I will always check the pregnancy test just to make sure there is no change, every time a big fat negative. I believe I'm also showing signs of being a hypochondriac by constantly researching symptoms and checking myself.

I know it may seem stupid and obvious but I am getting extremely wound up about this, I know I shouldn't be pregnant but I read stories about how you can get a negative pregnancy test because a few women have a condition where their bodies don't produce or synthesise HCG and some women never get a proper bump as they believe its bloating and the baby is small. Also some women bleed through their pregnancy and mistake it for periods, I'm hoping this isn't me as my period are regular and it would be impressive if they came in the pregnancy at exactly correct intervals.

The GP has done a negative urine test, and I'm going back for a blood test at the end of August, but I'm going on holiday with my family in between and I feel very self conscious about the bloating, I believe if I can knock the anxiety out my symptoms will improve as I believe the stress is making them worse.

Any reassurance would be grateful as it would save my sanity x

Thanks x

CRL, the negative pregnancy tests are reassuring. There can be other reasons for your signs such as an ovarian cyst or hormone upset. This is something to bring up with your doctor when you go for the blood test. Maybe she will want to go form that to an ultrasound.

While some women do have bleeds at period time during part of the pregnancy, I think they would tend to be significantly less than normal. Enjoy your vacation. Set your worries aside!
