Am I pregnant? (ultrasound)

I think I´m pregnant and I went to my gynecologist today. She did an ultrasound and said she couldn´t see anything, but I´m pretty sure I can see a baby shape there. Here´s a link to it: http://s20.postimg.org/t5cc3920d/20160227_183235.jpg

I have a similar situation to this, my last period was end of December although I did have a day of light bleeding around the 27th/28tg Jan ever since that date I've done stupid amounts of tests the very first one I did was negative  but the rest after have all been positive, so I got booked in for a scan and they Sai they couldn't see anything so they tried the internal scan still nothing so I had to do one of there tests which came back negative and she suggested maybe a ectopic pregnancy but didn't do any bloods or anything just sent me home with two more of there tests I took one the day after and again I came back positive, I'm going to. The doctors this week but I was so confused how could i have at least 5 positive tests but nothing appear :/ and to appear negative on there test

I would say youre definitely not pregnant if 8/9 tests say no. Look online at what early ultrasound images look like, though sometimes you cant see the baby you can always see the big black ovalish shape where the womb is, and at least the sac. Sorry, but no, especially if you were in your second month, youd definitely be able to see the baby clearly

I already took 8 tests, 7 were negative and apparently one was faintly positive, though that one was done at a centre and the lady there said it was probably wrong because the other one she did was negative. I asked the doctor to do an ultrasound because I thought maybe I wasn´t producing enough pregnancy hormones for it to show on the test or something...

The nurse did a urine test which was negative, then the doctor did the ultrasound and said I wasn´t pregnant. If I am pregnant, then I would now be at the end of my second month.
Really? I just thought that the white thing at the bottom looks a lot like a head, torso and two legs, but maybe I´m just imagining things. So you don´t think that there´s anything there?

Though i have to say the image doesnt appear to show anything, you cant even see your enlarged womb. Call your doctor and ask

By couldnt see anything, did she tell you she just couldnt see the baby, or that she couldnt see ANYTHING and youre not pregnant? They wouldnt have given you an ultrasound without testing so ill assume what's happening is that the baby is too small to see right now, which is very normal for the first month and a half or so depending on the woman. If your doctor could see the yoke sac then youre pregnant youll just have to wait a little for the baby to get bigger

You should take atleast 3 pregnancy test if your not too sure even tho you already went and get ultrasound if not you might wanna wait for a couple of weeks or so to be sure..
