Am I pregnant?

Hi, me and my hubby have been TTC for a year now.. and nothing! Until recently, I have been getting some symptoms that I usely don't get and hope it's pregnancy. My breasts have a fuller feeling along with slight to no tenderness, my nipples dont look the same, they look bigger and different when erect aswell, spotting or brownish pink, headaches (which I normally never get) and nausea every now and then. My biggest alarm is the discharge, moodiness, and sleepiness. I normally dont take naps or sleep in too late, but now I find myself needing to sleep in everyday. It's been a tough year of TTC. I have been blaming myself for not having a baby yet, I have irregular periods which has made this year 10x harder
