Am I pregnant??

I'm 19 and I had sex 4 times in April with my bf always protected! And my period is delayed by one week now I also took a pregnancy test which by now must show if positive anyway but it said negative. I'm relieved but still not certain if I'm not pregnant... Why is my period delayed?? I feel so bloated and getting stomachsche and my breasts feel tender also PMSing a lot too all the symptoms are there but I'm not getting my periods!! It worries me!! Anything I can do about this? Get another test in a few weeks or stay calm as it's been few months late before too when I was much younger..! If I hadn't had sex I wouldn't stress so much :( any tips or suggestions or reassurance would help a lot thanks :)

First tip -- stop stressing. Stress delays the period. Second tip -- test again. If it is negative and you are still feeling "out of sorts", go to the doctor and get blood work done. Chances are you are fine but because you keep stressing your period is delayed.

Peace and Love.

stress can cause your period to be late. If you are worrying over this that much its possible your body is playing tricks on you, for lack of a better description. As far as pregnancy tests go, there are false negatives. Some women only get their bfp w a blood test. Not to worry you even more. No contraceptive is 100%, but I think that maybe you are stressing over it a bit and that is why you are experiencing these symptoms. If you are very concerned schedule an appointment with your dr
