Am I pregnant??

Hello! So this is a lot and I apologize. I’m just super anxious and freaking out. So, I’ve been on the combo birth control pill for 3 months now. This pack that I’m on, I’ve been taking the pills on time, every day. The very first pill of this pack, I took it on time, and then got sick and threw up an hour later. 4 days later, I had sex and we used the pull out method. I covered my vagina with my hand, so the ejaculate would get on my hand and not inside. A bit got on my inner thighs, and then I accidentally rubbed a bit on my clit. I didn’t feel anything get inside of me. Then, 4 days after that, I started spotting and cramping. The spotting has been minimal to very light bleeding. There’s light pink/light red blood when I wipe, and brown blood on my pantyliner. I’ve been spotting/cramping for  15 days now. I’ve been on active pills this whole time, and I’ve made sure to continue to take them. Next week is my placebo pill week. How quickly do you start to ovulate after missing a pill/throwing it up? What is the chance that I’m pregnant? Is this implantation bleeding? Will I have to wait and get my withdrawal bleeding or not to know if I’m pregnant or not?
