I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend he did not ejauclate in me. Though i was very worried and took Take Action pill 2 days  after. We had sex four (maybe) days after i finished my period. About 2 weeks later i bled for 3 days. And then a week later for one day. Im suppose to start my normal period the 19 its now the 21st but i havent yet. Im feeling bloated currently like i might soon but im not sure. Is there any chance i might be pregnant?

Your encounter was close enough to ovulation to be in the fertile window, but  since no sperm  was involved the chance of pregnancy is very slim. Emergency contraception usually messes up the timing of the next period(s). You are not reporting any other early pregnancy signs. You can just wait it out, or if really worried you can run a home test.
