Can I be pregnant from petting this way?

Thanks in advance for reply I hope you can help me! I have a dilemma and I'm pretty scared and anxious. I’m not using contraceptive pills because I haven’t been sexually active so far.  A few weeks ago the boyfriend and I (both virgins) moved a little further than kissing and ... in our pajamas we had petting.  So, simulation of sexual intercourse, only through clothes. He was on top of me. At one point, while we were in a tight embrace, he experienced a climax / ejaculation, and a few seconds after realizing what had happened, he moved away from me. Now, I'm worried if it is possible that the sperm / semen has flowed through his pajamas, into mine and through my underwear to the vagina?  And is it somehow possible that I’m pregnant?  Admittedly, I had my period (cartridge) at that moment. What if somehow his penis came out(he never wears underwear when sleeping) pijamas and touched my pijamas in this moment? It may be stupid question, but to calm myself down, I decided to ask someone who knows more thsn me because this tought is killing me I can't funcionate normally because of pranoia. You are very unlikely to get pregnant while on your period. The egg comes on cycle day 14 and sperm only lasts inside you for 5 days. Download a period tracking app to understand this better.

Sperm do not travel through multiple layers of clothing.
