Can I be pregnant if my bf has figered me deep with some sperm on his hands?

I'm 20.My boyfriend had fingered me deep & extereme.He had masturbated himself,wiped his hands with hanky.& then after 5 minutes had fingered me.he kept licking his hand & again figering.He hadn't wash his hands after masturbating.After than my vagina was paining.It had happened 7 days back.now I'm starting to have problem of urinary incontinence.My lower abdomen pains if pressed.The day he had fingered was 10 days after my last periods.I wanna know if I could be pregnant?
