Chances of Getting Pregnant?

Hi,

Thanks for the great help and advice you provide. I have sex with my girlfriend last week. At some stage the condom broke, and I didn't notice immediately.  Eventually, I did notice and pulled out. I did not ejaculate, but there was pre-cum.
We had had sex 5 hours earlier, with a condom. I cannot remember if I had urinated or not in between the sex; I read if you hadn't, some sperm may still be in there.
Anyway, we went to the pharmacy and  got the morning after pill, so it was taken around  5 hours after the condom broke; she is 31, around 115 pounds, apparently weight and age can also affect effectiveness.
What are the chances that is pregnant?
Thanks for any advice you can provide.

First, the urinating before or in between or after sex really doesn't prevent anything.  Just fyi, that's a myth.  But the fact that yo didn't ejaculate helps.  A broken condom is unfortunate and does put your girlfriend at risk for pregnancy even without ejaculation though so taking plan B was smart if the idea of pregnancy would be unacceptable.  Plan B works well.  She took it at the appropriate time. I'd fully expect it to work!  However, please let her know that after taking plan B, women are often irregular for 2 to 3 months.  Plan B is a big dose of hormones which is how it works.  It prevents pregnancy this way but then the body has to deal with all those extra hormones.  This can cause late periods, irregular bleeding or spotting and all of that is normal after plan B but scares people.  So, she needs to remember that in the next 2 to 3 months.  good luck
