Chances of pregnancy without penetration

My period came on 3 dec, and i was fooling around on 18 Dec (the day i was supposed to have been ovulating) . He did not penetrate me. I was giving him a handjob before he ejaculated on my hands. Nothing got near my vagina at this point. We immediately went to wash up.
However, the worrying part happens while washing up. I lightly rinsed my hand, and there could still have been some semen on it, before proceeding to absentmindedly rinse my vagina with that same hand. All this while i had the showerhead spraying water at the area.
Usually, i am only 2 days late on my period, max. This is the 4th day i am late and i am starting to get worried. I would appreciate some advice.

symptoms:
on 25 dec, i experienced abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhoea and had a fever. the nausea continued till the next day before all the symptoms had stopped. At that time i suspected it was food poisoning.
on 31 dec, i had diarrhoea again.
I do not exhibit any other cited pregnancy symptoms like tenderness of the breast.

further context:
- i had a throat infection and fever in the week before i was supposed to start ovulating.
- i experienced a breakup on 6 dec. (could the stress from it cause my late period?)

Hi.  Nope, can't get pregnant this way.  Penis in vagina is how you get pregnant.  Even with sperm on your hands---  you're good.  No risk of pregnancy.  good luck
