Could I be pregnant? Sorry, this will be a long post.

A little bit about myself first.  36 years old,  I've been having regular periods,  usually 30 or 31 days apart.  The last 3 or 4 months they've been 33. My last period was November 15th, so aunt flo should have come on December 18th, give or take a few days.  Currently I'm still waiting,  with no period or any signs it's coming.  The main reason im worried/ concerned is that I had an ectopic pregnancy on june 30th, and had to have emergency surgery and one of my fallopian tubes taken out. I took a home pregnancy test December 25th, one week after I could have started,  and it was negative.  I took another home test on December 27th, and went to get a blood test done on the same day.  Both were negative,  but still no period.  On December 31st, I spotted for one day, mainly when wiping. January 2nd, I think another home test,  and once again,  negative. Right now,  it's been 19 days since my last period,  which has never happened before!  The latest I've ever been was one week. I have no symptoms and have no changes in diet, exercise, or stress levels.  I don't know if maybe I ovulated later this month for some reason,  or my body could be out of whack.  My doctor said if I don't get my period this month,  to go back in. I just wish I knew what the answer was right now.  I've been hyper aware of any signs of ectopic pregnancy.  Mt husband and i have been trying for a few years,  but no luck so far. I did have a thyroid problem we discovered early on,  and am taking medication for it. My plan is to keep testing once a week,  until I get the answer I've been hoping for, or the red river starts with a vengeance. If anyone has any any clue what it could be,  please let me know.  Thanks for reading!

Hi Lis, sorry about the ectopic, but at least it shows the two of you are capable of producing a fertilized egg. Your negative tests and absence of early signs give no reason to suppose you are pregnant this cycle. Perhaps the spotting Dec 31st was a sign of ovulation, so if you were doing the bd before New Year there's a chance of better news a week or so from now.

That's what I told my husband,  st last we know it is possible for us to get pregnant.  Just a waiting game right now. It is what it is. Im just hoping there is nothing seriously wrong. Going to do another home test tomorrow and see what it says. One weird thing is that,  for the last year or so,  i'll get a cyst on my underarm right before i start my period,  and it goes away after the period gets over.  I haven't had one of those either.
